Position Description: Civil Litigation Associate for a law office in Las Vegas, Nevada, and Los Angeles, CA - Remote work opportunities are available.

Our boutique law office is seeking a full-time Civil Litigation Attorney to start immediately. Salary based upon experience.

Experience of 2-3 years required to handle tort/personal injury defense and complex liability matters.

A candidate with experience in all aspects of litigation is required, including case workup, research, analysis, discovery, and motions. Candidate should have experience taking percipient witness and expert depositions and representing clients in mediations. Excellent research and writing skills are required.
