Estimator – Construction & Roofing (DFW Area)

Bang It Services Full-Time Salary + Company Vehicle Based in DFW

We’re looking for a sharp, reliable Estimator to join our team and help us deliver accurate, itemized estimates for roofing and general construction projects across the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

This is a field-based role that involves walking job sites, understanding scopes of work, and turning what you see into clear, client-ready numbers. If you have a construction background, a strong attention to detail, and can take ownership of your work from day one, you’ll fit right in.

What You'll Be Doing:

Visit job sites across the DFW area to assess scope and collect measurements

Create clear, itemized estimates for roofing and general construction projects

Use company estimating software to build and submit accurate quotes

Communicate with the team to ensure bids reflect client expectations and real project needs

Help identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards

What We're Looking For:

Construction experience is a must

Ability to create estimates with minimal training or hand-holding

Comfortable walking job sites and evaluating scope in the field

Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

Familiar with digital tools (Google Sheets, basic estimating software)

Valid driver’s license (travel across DFW required)
