Speech Language Pathologist
Reports to: Director, Birth to Three Services
Full Time, Part Time, Per Diem options
Annual Calendar, Flexible Schedule
Waterbury Region
Pay Range: varies depending on experience and employment option

Job Description: EdAdvance is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver early intervention (Part C IDEA) services
Major Responsibilities:
Home visitation with infants, toddlers, and their families
Conduct developmental screenings and/or eligibility evaluations
Collaborate with clinical team, families, and other professionals
Participate in development of the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)
Assist with the transition to preschool programming and other community supports
Regular and consistent attendance is considered an essential function of this position
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
Ability to develop effective relationships
Excellent interpersonal skills
Qualifications/Requirements:
CT Licensed/Certified Speech Therapist – MA/MS – CCC, SLP *(CFY candidates considered)
CT Certification 061 - CT TRB Eligible
Experience with Infants, Toddlers and Families
Service Coordination training (or willingness to obtain) Physical Requirements:
Frequent standing, bending, kneeling and therapeutic holding as required
Must be able to perform essential functions with or without accommodations Travel: Position requires home visitation and regional travel throughout the Waterbury area. Must have reliable transportation, have a valid driver's license, and car insurance.
