Associate Attorney- Residential Real Estate

Mid-sized, well-established Syracuse law firm seeks motivated attorney with transactional real property experience. Busy real estate practice represents lenders, buyers, and sellers in all aspects of real property acquisitions and sales. The right candidate will preferably have 3-5 years or more of experience, excellent communication and organizational skills.

Hybrid work options available-some in office days required.

Experience:

· 3-5 years of experience preferred

· Juris Doctorate from ABA-accredited law school

· Admission in New York(or ability to waive in) required, additional Admission in Federal preferred

· Familiarity with Zoom, MS Teams, and other video conferencing platforms

· Ability to travel as needed

· High level organization skills for prioritizing workload

· Must exhibit conscientiousness, dedication, self-discipline, and a sense of responsibility

· Experience with online research sites

· Excellent research skills and written and verbal communication skills

· Must be able to manage competing priorities

· Must maintain high standards of performance

· Must have experience with online filing and research sites

Salary range will be commensurate with experience. Actual compensation will depend upon several factors including the candidate’s years of experience, qualifications, and skill set.
