Minimum Qualifications:
Completion of undergraduate core coursework in business administration, public administration, information systems, engineering, or comparable field; 2 years experience in business process transformation, organizational design, strategic human capital management &/or business process reengineering.

What You'll Do\:
Under direction of the Senior Business Transformation analyst provides support across all Ohio Administration Knowledge System (OAKS) Human Capital Management (HCM) modules (e.g., Payroll, Time & Labor, Security)
Acts as liaison to OAKS for the Human Resources Division
Provides functional guidance in planning, coordinating & maintaining OAKS HCM for all HCM modules(e.g., Payroll, Time & Labor)
Assists supervisor with project test plans
Identifies potential business improvements
Works with Application & Reporting Team (ART) to provide production support & maintains contact with Human Capital Management Support group (HCM Support) to ensure OAKS is meeting expectations
Assists ART & HCM Support with configuration & customizations needed (e.g., gathering requirements, design, working with Service Assurance & Managed Services, testing, deployment, pro-duction support & change management; assists cross functional application team efforts (e.g., contract changes, image updates, creates plans/timelines, assistance with gathering requirements & design)
Validates state’s requirements for improved business processes
Analyzes & defines requirements & business rules to facilitate statewide process design
Consults with ART & HCM regarding unit operations problems & process improvements involving all aspects of the HR, Payroll & Time & Labor modules
Learns new emerging OAKS features & functions & as-sists in training ART & HCM on new processes
Produces reports from OAKS HCM for all HCM Support (e.g., Operations, State Payroll, Exempt Development, Office of Collective Bargaining)
Performs other related duties as assigned\:
Works with change management team & the Office of Learning & Professional Development to design, & review end-user training programs for the HR & payroll modules
Identifies areas of significant change in process to the end user & makes recommendations for additional job aides to assist in facilitating user training
Conducts training as needed
