Job Title: Executive Assistant
Responsibilities:
Manage a complex calendar, high volume of calls, and daily email correspondence
Coordinate and track meetings: reserve meeting space, arrange AV equipment, order catering, and oversee hospitality logistics
Maintain and update proprietary CRM inventory database
Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation, with careful attention to time zones and traveler preferences
Prepare and submit expense reports using Concur
Provide support for events and assist with ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
5-7+ years of support experience in professional services
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience with Amex Travel and Concur strongly preferred
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Compensation/Benefits:
Up to $110-115K base depending on experience + overtime + bonus
