We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Program & Change Lead to drive business readiness, adoption, and stakeholder engagement for a major multi-year transformation program replacing key components of our core enterprise platform – including ERP, POS, Order Management, Merch Planning, and Product Information Management systems.

This role focuses on leading the change and enablement workstream, ensuring impacted teams across the US and Australia are supported through the transition.

You’ll work closely with program leadership, delivery teams, and vendors to embed change planning into execution, while championing a structured yet pragmatic approach to transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Change Leadership

Lead the planning and execution of change impact assessments, business readiness plans, and stakeholder engagement strategies across all departments in our US region

Facilitate the adoption of new processes, systems, and operating models by working closely with business stakeholders, business analysts, and engineering leads

Work closely with our program manager, senior business analysts & engineering leads to own change impact assessments & business readiness planning across departments & geographies

Define and manage structured approaches to change using frameworks such as Lean Change, ADKAR, or Agile Change Delivery

Develop and oversee stakeholder communications, training needs analysis, and the delivery of enablement materials such as quick reference guides and walkthroughs.

Drive readiness for go-live, including user onboarding, dress rehearsals, and hypercare planning to ensure a smooth transition into business-as-usual operations.

Business Analysis Collaboration

Assist business analysis with discovery workshops with various stakeholders to understand business goals, pain points, and desired future states within the context of a specific workstream

Help document current and future state processes, including cross-functional process mapping, capability models, and impact assessments

Elicit and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements that are clear, testable, and actionable

Collaborate with architects and delivery leads to shape solution design and roadmap decisions

Skills & Experience

8+ years in change management, change leadership, or organizational transformation roles within complex enterprise environments

Proven success in leading change initiatives tied to large-scale technology or process transformation programs

Strong leadership and facilitation skills across cross-functional teams, vendors, and senior leadership

Deep experience with both traditional waterfall and agile/hybrid delivery methodologies

Strong commercial and vendor management experience, including contract negotiations and milestone tracking

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders

Experience in the retail, ecommerce, or supply chain sectors highly desirable

Demonstrated expertise in change management and stakeholder engagement across multi-location environments

Qualifications & Tools

Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, APMG, Lean Change) strongly preferred.

Certification in PRINCE2, PMP, PROSCI, or Agile/Scrum methodologies

Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira & Confluence

Familiarity with TOGAF, or enterprise architecture concepts is a plus
