While our main core competency is luxury home building, we are expanding into commercial construction with two upcoming projects- a mixed-use remodel and addition, as well as a ground-up mixed-use property in downtown Truckee right on the river.

We're looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager to join our growing team. If you're passionate about both residential and commercial construction, detail-oriented, and eager to develop into a senior leadership role, this is your opportunity to learn from the best while working on exceptional projects in the Truckee/Tahoe area.The Role

As a Junior Project Manager, you'll support Senior Project Managers and Superintendents in planning, coordinating, and executing high-end residential and commercial construction projects. This is a learning-focused, hands-on role with room for growth into a Senior PM position.Key Responsibilities

Assist with Project Coordination - Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.

Subcontractor & Vendor Management - Help coordinate subcontractors, materials, and deliveries to keep projects moving.

Site Supervision Support - Work alongside Superintendents to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency on-site.

Documentation & Reporting - Maintain accurate records, daily logs, and project updates using Procore or similar project management software.

Client & Team Communication - Assist with updates, scheduling, and problem-solving to keep projects running smoothly.

Learn & Grow - Develop expertise in high-end residential and commercial construction with mentorship from senior leaders.

What We're Looking For

Experience: 2-5 years in construction, preferably with some exposure to project management. High-end residential and/or commercial experience is a plus.

Education: A degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of scheduling, estimating, reading blueprints, and using construction software (Procore, Buildertrend, or similar).

Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and keep projects on track.

Proactive & Hardworking: A self-starter who wants to take on more responsibility and grow in the role.

Strong Communication Skills: Comfortable working with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams.
