Senior Application Systems Technical Analyst

Are you a technical expert passionate about driving innovative solutions and aligning technology with business goals? As a Senior Application Systems Technical Analyst and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of applications with a focus on Salesforce CPQ and related systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead technical decisions and resolve complex design and development issues.

Collaborate with Product Managers to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Provide advanced expertise in application solutions and setups to support business processes.

Analyze applications, identify gaps, and recommend improvements for optimal performance.

Design, test, and implement system enhancements and fixes.

Champion agile methodologies to streamline processes and accelerate delivery.

Manage integrations with Financials, E-commerce, and other applications globally and regionally.

Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.

What We’re Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

7+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ.

Expertise in solution design, application analysis, and gap resolution.

Proficiency in agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe) and integration requirements.

Strong understanding of sales processes, from opportunity to order.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience delivering projects using SAFe methodology.

Skilled in creating technical documentation and functional specifications.

Familiarity with Financials and E-commerce system integration.
