Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Marketing Technology Specialist to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will serve as a technical liaison, optimizing marketing technology solutions and ensuring their effective implementation to support various marketing initiatives. This position is fully remote, but candidates must be able to work core hours Monday through Friday, with flexibility across time zones after initial training. This opportunity is based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for the global marketing team, managing and prioritizing requests from stakeholders and ensuring timely resolution.
• Oversee the chatbot platform, including updates, new experience rollouts, training, process governance, and monthly reporting against key performance indicators.
• Identify and define new projects to enhance the functionality of existing marketing technology, ensuring its full adoption across the organization.
• Continuously refine the technology selection process, from gathering requirements to vendor scoring and onboarding, under the guidance of the Marketing Technology Manager.
• Develop and execute onboarding programs for new hires to ensure seamless integration with marketing technology systems.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align technology usage with business goals, enhancing productivity and operational efficiency.
• Monitor the performance of marketing technology systems, ensuring they meet compliance standards and deliver measurable results.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing hands-on support to maintain system functionality and user satisfaction.
• Stay informed about emerging marketing technologies and trends, sharing insights to help the team adopt innovative solutions.• A minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing technology or a related technical role.
• Hands-on experience with marketing platforms; familiarity with Salesforce is a strong advantage.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong project management skills, with a detail-oriented approach to managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to serve as a liaison between technical teams and marketing stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Proven ability to optimize technology workflows and implement best practices.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous learning.
