Responsibilities:
• Monitor and review customer accounts to ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Generate and analyze aging reports to identify overdue accounts and prioritize collection efforts.
• Contact customers to resolve outstanding balances and negotiate payment plans as needed.
• Assist with various accounts receivable tasks, such as posting payments and reconciling accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address billing discrepancies and provide solutions.
• Conduct credit analysis to determine customer creditworthiness and recommend credit limits.
• Manage commercial collections processes while maintaining professionalism and strong customer relationships.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to collections activities for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations during the collections process.• At least 1 year of experience in commercial collections or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of aged receivables and credit analysis processes.
• Proficiency in managing commercial collections and negotiating payment terms.
• Familiarity with credit approvals and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for accounts receivable and collections.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address billing issues and discrepancies effectively.
