We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team in Clackamas, Oregon. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing inventory operations and ensuring data accuracy. This is a long-term contract position ideal for individuals with experience in inventory management and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems.

• Respond to inbound calls and emails promptly, ensuring clear and effective communication.

• Perform regular audits to verify inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.

• Handle clerical tasks such as filing, documentation, and record-keeping.

• Utilize SAP software to manage inventory data and generate reports.

• Conduct data entry with precision, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.

• Collaborate with team members to streamline inventory processes and improve efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures in all inventory-related activities.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related role.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and SAP software.

• Strong skills in data entry and auditing processes.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for handling calls and email correspondence.

• Ability to perform clerical duties with a high level of organization and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with manufacturing environments is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
