Project Manager/Sr. Consultant

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to lead strategic IT projects and drive operational excellence. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage project scope, timeline, and budget while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Based in Wayne, Pennsylvania, this is a long-term contract opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, vision, and objectives to align with business needs and organizational goals.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including task dependencies, milestones, and ownership assignments.

• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.

• Facilitate project team meetings, providing clear direction and ensuring alignment with goals.

• Design and implement effective communication and training plans to support project execution.

• Oversee the creation and execution of testing plans to ensure seamless implementation.

• Prepare and deliver project documentation, including charters, risk registers, and process flows.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business-friendly language.

• Assist in prioritizing and evaluating potential projects based on their strategic value to the organization.• Minimum of 4 years of project management experience, including leading customer portal projects.

• Previous experience with Digital Experience Platforms preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.

• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable.

• Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and stakeholder engagement.

• Proficient in productivity tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and project management software such as Project.

• Prior technical IT experience in development, infrastructure, or operations.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present clear updates to senior management.
