Job Description

Akkodis is seeking Sr. Java FSE for a Contract job with a client in Dallas, TX. Responsibilities include developing and deploying components based on business requirements, ensuring code reusability, and assisting the team with technical challenges.

Rate Range: $42/hour to $45/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Sr. Java FSE job responsibilities include:

Designing, developing, and deploying components according to business requirements.

Understanding and documenting data flows between systems and applications.

Participating in Sprint planning and delivering product deliverables.

Assisting the team in overcoming technical challenges and mitigating impediments.

Preparing documentation, conducting code reviews, and incorporating feedback in a timely manner.

Educating staff members through training and providing individual support.

Responding to system issues and troubleshooting problems promptly.

Adhering to coding standards and best practices for reusable and efficient code development.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

8-10 years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices development.

Expertise in full-stack development, including backend (Java, Spring Boot) and frontend (Angular, HTML, CSS) technologies.

Strong experience in designing and implementing REST APIs, applying design patterns, and ensuring code reusability and maintainability.

Pay Details: $42.00 to $45.00 per hour
