Civil Project Manager / Designer

Job Description

Responsibilities will include:

Managing/overseeing projects in the St. Louis region.

Work with Civil Engineers and Land Surveyors to coordiante project needs, costs and design.

Lay out and design civil improvements, prepare the construction plans and other required documents for permitting.

Budgeting, billing and cost estimate preparation.

Client correspondence and project accountability.

Preparation of reports & technical specifications.

Site investigations, construction oversight.

Requirements for this position:

AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency is required.

Familiarity with the St. Louis Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD) is essential.

Familiarity with St. Louis Metro area design and submittal procedures.

Must be local to the office location
