We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Program Coordinator to join a dedicated team at our healthcare organization. This role is vital to the success of our programs, ensuring they run efficiently, meet strategic goals, and maintain alignment with our mission to improve healthcare access and outcomes for underserved communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Planning & Execution: Design, implement, and evaluate healthcare-related programs, ensuring deliverables meet organizational goals and align with nonprofit standards.
Collaboration & Coordination: Partner with internal departments, external stakeholders, volunteers, and subject-matter experts to ensure program alignment, effective communication, and successful collaboration.
Budget Management: Assist in creating and managing program budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring projects stay within financial guidelines.
Data Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records using CRM or database software to track program progress, performance metrics, and outcomes. Provide regular reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
Engaging Contract Talent: Collaborate with skilled contract professionals for specialized tasks within healthcare programs, ensuring optimal talent utilization.
Event Coordination: Support program-related events such as health fairs, seminars, community workshops, and fundraising activities.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure programs adhere to healthcare regulations and nonprofit policies while staying ahead of emerging industry trends.
• Proven experience in administrative roles, particularly in healthcare or related industries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for calendar management and scheduling.
• Familiarity with Concur for travel and expense management.
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar web-based systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and coordinate events, including meetings and interviews.
