Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and oversee our financial strategy and operations during a period of significant growth. This role focuses on enhancing financial planning, investor relations, and corporate strategy with a strong emphasis on real estate investments and asset management. The ideal candidate will drive operational efficiency, optimize financial performance, and ensure compliance while guiding the organization toward its long-term strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to support corporate growth and market expansion.

• Oversee all aspects of financial operations, including accounting, treasury, budgeting, and reporting for real estate assets and investment ventures.

• Lead financial forecasting, planning, and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.

• Establish and maintain cash flow management policies to ensure operational liquidity and financial stability.

• Provide financial insights and predictive modeling to support business strategies and maximize shareholder value.

• Manage relationships with investors, shareholders, and external financial partners to build trust and transparency.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and tax requirements by preparing and submitting accurate financial reports.

• Design and enforce financial and operational controls to maintain efficiency and mitigate risks.

• Build and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team to support organizational objectives.

• Analyze current and future business operations to assess financial effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.• Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive in a real estate or investment-focused organization.

• Expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, forecasting, and management reporting.

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience with month-end close processes.

• Demonstrated ability to manage investor and shareholder relationships effectively.

• Exceptional skills in strategic planning, analytics, and predictive modeling.

• Experience in overseeing financial operations such as working capital, capital expenditures, and debt management.

• Strong leadership and team-building abilities to drive organizational success.

• Familiarity with compliance requirements for federal, state, and third-party reporting.
