Staff Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.

• Perform bank reconciliations to verify account balances and identify discrepancies.

• Maintain and update the general ledger to accurately reflect financial activities.

• Prepare and record journal entries to support month-end and year-end close processes.

• Assist in month-end closing procedures, ensuring all financial reports are completed accurately and on time.

• Utilize accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, or SAP to streamline processes and manage financial data.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

• Analyze financial data to support budgeting and forecasting efforts.

• Prepare reports and documentation for audits and internal reviews.• Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable management.

• Strong knowledge of bank reconciliations and general ledger processes.

• Familiarity with preparing journal entries and handling month-end close tasks.

• Proficiency in accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, or SAP.

• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
