We are looking for a skilled and personable Receptionist to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Windermere, Florida. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and detail-oriented experience. Your responsibilities will also include administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the office.
Responsibilities:
• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
• Greet and assist visitors with warmth and care, ensuring a positive experience.
• Perform data entry tasks with accuracy to maintain organized and up-to-date records.
• Manage email correspondence, responding promptly and routing messages as needed.
• Organize and maintain files to ensure easy accessibility and secure storage.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, ensuring effective time management.
• Support the office manager with administrative duties as requested.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to complete tasks efficiently.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and team members through strong interpersonal skills.• Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems.
• Strong customer service skills with a detail-oriented and approachable demeanor.
• Experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to manage email correspondence effectively and efficiently.
• Solid organizational skills, including the ability to maintain filing systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for administrative tasks.
