• Maintain data integrity through regular audits and adherence to best practices.
• Provide guidance and training to users on Salesforce functionalities.
• Support the integration of third-party applications into Salesforce.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
• Stay updated with Salesforce enhancements and recommend improvements to existing processes.• Proven experience in Salesforce administration with expertise in CRM systems.
• Salesforce Associate Certification is mandatory.
• Familiarity with deployment tools such as Gearset or Chainsets.
