Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.

3 years of experience developing or launching products or technologies within artificial intelligence or Machine Learning (AI or ML).

Experience with Enterprise Applications and Platform as a Service.

Experience with generative AI.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree in a technology or business related field.

The team defines the features and platform capabilities that power Generative AI across all Workspace apps. These capabilities range from the AI UX in Workspace to the underlying infrastructure for serving, evaluating, and training the Workspace AI models.

As the Group Product Manager, you will contribute to defining the future requirements and strategic direction of the Workspace AI platform, and developing an AI strategy.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $227,000-$320,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Define and prioritize AI capabilities, analyzing Workspace first-party apps needs and market trends to determine which AI functionalities should be developed, with a focus on features that can provide value across multiple Workspace applications.

Drive development of core AI capabilities, enhancements to existing features, working with engineering and research teams to create scalable and reliable models, and driving metrics for repeat usage.

Improve understanding of customer issues, working with data and research teams to gather insights into user behaviors, needs, and preferences, and using that to drive towards improved AI experiences.

Help with the development of AI features for Workspace products, collaborating with multiple teams to ensure a scalable, efficient, and adaptable platform, and improving the quality of training/evaluation data and working towards the development of a self-service platform for product teams.
