About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Inspector to join our precision manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that CNC-machined components meet exacting standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance. You’ll work closely with machinists and engineers to uphold our commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Perform visual and dimensional inspections using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and CMMs.
Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
Conduct first article, in-process, and final inspections.
Identify and document non-conformances; support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Maintain accurate inspection records and generate quality reports.
Ensure compliance with AS9100 and other relevant industry standards.
Collaborate with production teams to enhance quality and reduce defects.
Conduct random audits to ensure consistent product quality.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in quality inspection within a machining or manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of quality control principles and inspection techniques.
Proficiency with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Familiarity with AS9100 or similar quality standards.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Shift & Pay
First Shift: Mon-Fri, 6 AM - 4 PM
$20 - $22/hour

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
