Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Client Service Coordinator - Associate to join our team on a contract basis in Portland, Maine. In this role, you will provide administrative and organizational support to ensure smooth daily operations. This is an onsite position requiring a business-appropriate dress code and a commitment to working 35 hours per week for 12 weeks.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage office supply orders to maintain a well-stocked and organized workspace.
• Assist advisors with various administrative tasks to support their daily needs.
• Organize and oversee branch meetings, including confirming lunch orders with wholesalers and tracking attendance.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail to ensure timely delivery and distribution.
• Maintain an organized and efficient office environment, adhering to business-appropriate standards.• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and external contacts.
• Proficiency in basic administrative tools and processes.
• Ability to work onsite five days a week in Portland, Maine.
• A demeanor reflecting years of experience and adherence to a business-appropriate dress code.
• Availability to commit to a 12-week contract, working 35 hours per week.
