Job Title: Warehouse Operator
Job Description
The Warehouse Operator is responsible for completing delegated tasks and handling finished goods with dedication and proficiency to ensure customer satisfaction. This hands-on position includes proper receipt of material, handling of inventory, proper storage, and shipment of product to end customers while adhering to the compliance of all legal and safety procedures. The Warehouse Operator works closely with the Warehouse Team Leader to improve packaging and shipment specifications and is expected to perform other duties as directed.
Responsibilities
Complete delegated tasks to handle finished goods efficiently.
Ensure proper receipt of materials.
Manage inventory handling and storage.
Ship products to end customers while complying with legal and safety procedures.
Collaborate with the Warehouse Team Leader to enhance packaging and shipment specifications.
Perform additional duties and activities as directed.
Essential Skills
Experience as a Machine Operator.
Knowledge in Manufacturing and Production.
Competency in handling plastics.
Experience as a Forklift Operator.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of experience in Manufacturing or Production.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kutztown, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
