Job Title: Service Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our service department and manage parts. The role involves overseeing operations for upfitted refuse and service trucks. The Service Manager will greet customers, prepare repair estimates, create schedules, order inventory parts, and motivate the service team.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the service department effectively.
Handle parts management and oversee service operations for refuse and service trucks.
Greet customers and prepare detailed repair estimates.
Create and manage service schedules efficiently.
Order and manage inventory parts.
Motivate and inspire the service team to achieve excellence.
Essential Skills
Proven experience in repair and parts management.
Strong service management skills.
Experience in the refuse industry and equipment installation.
Proficiency in brake troubleshooting, diesel repair, welding, and electrical work.
Effective management skills.
Experience in the automotive industry.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
2-5 years' experience as a service or parts manager.
Ownership of basic hand tools.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
