Associate Director Finance and Analysis

The Office of Research (OoR) seeks an Associate Director of Finance & Analysis.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance & Research Initiatives, this position provides management for financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities of the OoR and supports strategic initiatives by improving efficiency and reporting capacity to enhance data-informed decision-making.

The successful candidate collaborates closely with the Senior Director to provide financial oversight for OoR departments and ensures optimal use of funds and efficient business processes, internally and for campus-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities include develop and present data-driven analyses to leadership; review and create financial reports; budget/forecast fiscal performance; design and implement standard processes to increase efficiency; ensure internal controls and adherence to university policies; manage HR/payroll processes; and recommend process improvements and optimal business operations to support strategic objectives.
