UX Designer (Hybrid)

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to highly visible workstreams that shape the user experience and drive real business results.If you're excited to take on meaningful challenges and make a difference through thoughtful, user-focused solutions, we'd love to hear from you.Responsibilities:Create world-class design solutions for a wide range of user, business and marketing goals by supporting program-level work.Create relevant deliverables including user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity design and prototypes partnering with strategists, researchers, writers and product managers.Drive a sense of urgency in the team to deliver work, emphasizing the use of lean tools/techniques for rapid delivery of assignments.Analyze and synthesize data, research insights, and client feedback in order to make critical design decisions day to day.Utilize design thinking principles to build engaging customer experiences and craft design with elegant simplicity.Present design solutions to project teams, partners, and stakeholders.

Ensures the success of the strategy and the ability to champion the best possible user experience.Partner with IT project teams and ensure adherence to defined design and behaviors.
