Job Title: Production Helper
Job Description
The Production Helper is responsible for general material handling tasks, which include organizing items in the supermarket, picking orders, moving parts, and conducting cycle counts. This role involves feeding the weld stations with parts, adjusting inventory using an RF Scanner, and moving materials as needed.
Responsibilities
Handle and organize materials within the supermarket.
Pick and prepare orders for distribution.
Move parts and materials efficiently across the facility.
Conduct cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
Feed weld stations with necessary parts.
Adjust inventory levels using an RF Scanner.
Essential Skills
2 years of warehouse experience.
1 year of experience working with steel.
1 year of inventory management experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures.
Experience in material handling and inventory tracking.
Ability to read and understand blueprints.
Knowledge of fabrication processes.

Work Environment
The work environment is a clean facility with a team of 55-60 employees on the shop floor. The standard working hours are from 6am to 2:30pm. Assemblers have their own dedicated areas to work on assembling various large-scale snow removal equipment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
