Data Entry Specialist

Insight Global is hiring for a Data Entry Specialist to join the leak survey and corrosion team at one of our largest utility clients in their gas engineering department.

This is a 6-month contract opportunity with the potential to extend or convert (depending on the needs of the group) taking place onsite in Yonkers from 6:00am to 2:30 pm, 5 days a week with flexibility to work from home over time.

The objective of this position is to support the back-end operations of corrosion gas inspections in the field. Responsibilities include entering data related to corrosion/gas inspections from the field, creating and updating assets in asset manager, organizing billing and permitting records, and ensuring complete job documentation.

Skills and Requirements

- High school diploma

- 1+ year of experience with data entry

- Familiar with Microsoft Office and Excel - Higher education (Associates or Bachelors degree)

- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables) null
