Hiro Solutions Inc. is an inclusive community outreach and sales consulting agency that is looking for their next team player to make a difference in the community. We are actively searching for collaborative team players to join our Columbus-based team as Verizon Outreach Representatives.

As a Verizon Outreach Representative, you are tasked with connecting directly to local community members and homeowners and delivering informative and engaging product presentations. The ultimate goal of the Verizon Outreach Representative is to build genuine relationships and provide quality products that aim to improve the customer’s lifestyle. The right individual for this position has a tenacity for helping others, building genuine relationships, and is solution-driven.

Requirements of a Verizon Outreach Representative:

Directly interact with the public by executing community outreach and enrollment campaigns in an effort to reach new customers and drive sales on behalf of our client

Establish genuine rapport with new and existing customers to increase customer retention and brand loyalty

Recommend products and services by asking probing questions to determine the customer’s wants and needs

Partner with fellow Verizon Outreach Representatives to identify areas of improvement for outreach and sales strategies in an effort to increase performance metrics

Act as the main point of contact within the community for all inquiries or concerns

Execute community outreach and sales campaigns throughout an assigned territory and establish genuine relationships with potential customers to create a referral pipeline

Keep accurate records of all community interactions and sales orders

Qualifications of a Verizon Outreach Representative:

Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills

1-3 years experience as a Verizon Outreach Representative, customer service associate, sales, or related field

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team

Highly organized and excellent time management skills

Ability to work in a fast paced environment
