As a Territory Manager, you’ll be responsible for growing and managing your territory by building strong relationships with repeat customers and partnering with our inside sales team and vendors. You’ll promote industry-leading products and services while using your relationship-selling skills to develop a strong pipeline and consistently grow your earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:
Establish and cultivate new and existing customer relationships
Develop new business opportunities in the local pool industry market
Collaborate with our inside sales support team and vendors to promote products and services
Learning and promoting new products
Working with vendors on sales promotions and programs in the marketplace
Create and execute a detailed annual sales plan
Requirements for Success:
Proven track record of success in selling Pool/Aquatics products in a B2B environment or related industry, managing a multi-million-dollar territory.
Proficiency in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English and/or bilingual (Spanish) may be required in specific locations.
High School Diploma or equivalent (some College, preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to travel and attend company meetings, tradeshows, and industry events.
Must successfully complete a criminal and driving background check, along with a pre-employment drug test.
