Volt is immediately hiring a Brand Design Specialist to support the launch of a new world class health care brand.
As a Brand Design Specialist, you will make an impact by:Contributing to the development of enterprise brand visual identity systems and guidelines, to create and protect a cohesive on-brand experience.
Developing, creating and executing concepts and design ideas for products, graphics, interactive experiences, packaging and/or various communication avenues.
Performing design duties requiring planning, scheduling and implementation, along with the creation of presentations, brainstorming overall design concepts, and interfacing with businesses.
To set you up for success in this role from day one, the following qualifications are required: Willingness to drive new ideas forward and find effective ways to communicate them.
Handling a wide variety of inquiries and challenges where the solution is not immediately apparent; having confidence navigating ambiguity and bringing people along in the process.
Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines and stakeholders at once without sacrificing quality.
Ability to work with moderate direction in a virtual corporate environment.
Product packaging design experience in B2B and B2C industries Expertise in specialty design skillsets (e.g., packaging design, UI/UX, environmental design, tradeshow and event, etc.) is preferred.
Skilled designer with expert command of all Adobe Creative suite products.
Experience creating product renderings is an asset.
Education (required): Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in brand design and corporate identity.
OR High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution 5+ years of experience in brand design and corporate identity in a private, public, government or military environment.
A portfolio demonstrating your relevant skills and knowledges will be required for consideration.
This is a 1st shift, full time, remote position.
Duration: 6 months Pay Range: $43.00 to $50.00 per hour.
*Pay rate offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
