The salary for the position ranges from $49,524 - $60,445 (DOE) with annual compensation appraisals. Health benefits begin after 60 days with additional benefits beginning after 90 days. Schedule is somewhat flexible, with average hours being M-F 7am-4:30pm.

About the role
You will help to manage the customer experience. You can identify, manage, and mitigate project-specific risks. You will be accountable to get projects approved and handed off successfully to our scheduling and production teams. You will be responsible for the final closure of each project, including overseeing collections, claims, negotiation, and any rework.
Your primary responsibilities will be to:
Manage the Customer Experience:
Work to ensure every customer's experience aligns with 9Wood's competitive edge of speed and reliability
Ensure customer expectations regarding scheduling are correct, whether giving lead times or negotiated dates.
Ability to reset customer expectations regarding scheduling when prior expectations are no longer feasible or likely.
Oversee the Approvals Process:
Ensure approved projects are engineered or engineerable within remaining project schedule.
Provide clean handoffs when requesting support from other work centers (drafting, scheduling, procurement, etc.).
Manage customer changes to ensure deliverables get updated accurately
Deliver a complete and accurate contract on every project.
Upsell 9Wood's value add throughout the approvals process (expedites, reliability, etc.).
Skills and experience needed:
Understands competitive landscapes and general strengths/weaknesses of the commercial construction industry
Knowing all the players in the commercial construction industry and their needs in each project
Ability to answer technical questions
Agility and problem-solving skills to get things over the finish line
Computer Skills (Microsoft Suite, Construction Software, Bluebeam Revu, etc.)
Ability to read architectural plans (e.g., reflected ceiling plans RCP, floor plans, details, etc.)
