Second Person Verification (SPV) of analytical data.

Performing and reviewing analytical tests.

Ensuring compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

Identifying deviations and participating in root cause investigations.

Supporting equipment troubleshooting, method validation, and documentation improvements.

Training and mentoring others.

Key Responsibilities

Data Review & Verification: Ensure accuracy and compliance of lab data.

Testing & Troubleshooting: Execute and troubleshoot analytical methods.

Documentation: Write/review SOPs, protocols, and training materials.

Compliance: Follow safety and GMP standards; initiate change controls.

Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements.Qualifications

The ideal candidate would possess:

Education: Bachelor’s degree (likely in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field).

Skills:

Strong attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Work Authorization: Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information

May be required to have a company phone off shift and respond to operational issues.

Position is 12-hour nights 6 PM - 6 AM - 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off schedule. Overtime as needed.

Initial training may be 8 am-5 pm Monday - Friday.
