In this role, you’ll work closely with the broker community across the Pacific Northwest, representing a unique and highly specialized portfolio of products.
Backed by a best-in-class service team, you’ll have the support you need to deliver exceptional value to brokers and clients alike. This is more than a sales role — it’s an opportunity to shape strategy, develop high-performing broker and carrier relationships, and deliver value in a highly specialized market.

What You'll Be Doing:
Driving territory sales and profitability in partnership with top national carriers
Building broker development strategies and delivering hands-on mentorship
Be the go-to expert for disability benefits (yes, the kind that actually make a difference)
Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, underwriting, and account management teams
Build the kind of broker relationships others envy—and results that speak for themselvesRequirements:

Excellent communication skills and a professional presence in any setting

You’re not afraid of travel, growth, or high expectations
You live in UT, OR, WA, ID, NV, or CO.
Bachelor’s degree required; Life & Health license
