Schedule: This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm.

Position Reports to: Finance Director

Job Status: Non-Exempt/Hourly

Compensation: up to $27.261/hour

Primary responsibilities include:

Processing accounts payable to include code/match packing list and enter invoices, process all checks, ACH payments, DSS refunds and returns, process DSS letters.

Assist with month-end, year-end closing process, and year-end audits.

Process new driver requests in WEX account.

Monthly review and reconciliation of specific G/L.

Responsible for making remote deposits on a daily basis. Record bank deposits in FUND EZ.

Assists with preparation of bi-weekly payroll when needed (back-up).

Maintain knowledge of Fund EZ accounting package, billing system and ADP payroll software.

Communicate with Director of Finance for any issues that may arise.

Send out annual 1099s.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education: Minimum of Associate’s Degree in accounting.

Experience:

Minimum two years' experience in the accounting field required

Must excel with attention to detail

Non-profit and FUND EZ experience preferred

Excellent verbal and written skills
