Assistant Manager – Tanger Outlets Columbus

Starting pay: $16.00/hour + TIPS + WEEKEND&HOLIDAY SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL = EARN UP TO $19/hour

Job Summary:

Assists Restaurant Manager in all food service operations including guest relations; staff supervision and development; sales and marketing; budgeting and sales projections; general cleanliness of dining room and sales reconciliation.

Prepare, make and serve pizzas and other products by Rise Pies

Working with your supervisor with recruiting, screening, interviewing, hiring, and training of staff

Work with Store Manager to set sales and labor goals

Provide feedback to Store Manager of the completion progress of the goals

Assist with weekly scheduling and monitoring in compliance with labor laws.

Audit all paperwork

Responsible for the adherence of entire staff of handling money

Maintain a Managers In-box for placement of all paperwork/invoices

Responsible for assisting the Store Manager with ordering any other relevant materials for your store.

Clean equipment and workplace.

Encourage positive attitude and motivation with employees

Present all information/changes to employees in a positive manner.

Comply with all Rise Pies policies and procedures, including relevant federal and state regulations.

Perform all job tasks in every aspect of the operation of the restaurant including lifting items weighing up to 25 lbs., in a safe and effective manner

Qualifications:

Management experience in a retail, restaurant, or other fast-paced environment

A valid driver’s license

Must be able to work all shifts, including weekends and evenings.
