Tailored Management is seeking a Client Success Manager to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. In this high-impact role, you’ll be responsible for expanding our presence, deepening partnerships, and driving revenue growth across our client programs. As the face of Tailored Management to key program stakeholders, you’ll lead with a consultative and strategic mindset to grow existing accounts and unlock new opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, owning strategic direction, program performance, and business growth.

Drive revenue, brand presence, and new service offerings through relationship-building and business development efforts.

Collaborate with internal teams to analyze performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement impactful solutions.

Lead client scorecard reviews, communicate results, and guide internal teams through performance improvement strategies.

Leverage reporting tools and dashboards to monitor trends, evaluate outcomes, and influence recruitment efforts.

Serve as a subject matter expert for your client portfolio, supporting internal stakeholders such as HR, Recruiting, and Payroll.

Build and maintain account strategy playbooks and drive process enhancements across departments.

What You’ll Bring:

3+ years of experience managing complex client programs in staffing, HR, or workforce solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven ability to grow accounts and build strong, consultative relationships with stakeholders.

Strong emotional intelligence, critical thinking, and ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment.

Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working with data, reporting tools, and CRM systems.
