Job Description

High-volume Middle and Last-mile logistics operation is looking for a hands-on Operator to take the lead.

This is a leadership role where you’ll manage deliveries, keep the fleet running, grow the business, and ensure customers get what they need—fast and on time.

Responsibilities:

•Oversee daily delivery operations from warehouse to customer — either behind the wheel or managing drivers.

•Run a modern delivery fleet — keep vehicles compliant, safe, and on the road.

•Drive business growth — identify new local delivery opportunities and bring them in.

•Manage KPIs — own delivery speed, cost, service levels, and performance metrics.

•Build and lead a lean, high-output team that gets things done.

•Create a culture of accountability, and customer obsession.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $150,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
