Summary
This position provides overall project management related to solar and/or EVCS installations. The individual is responsible for managing all aspects of projects along with client and vendor relationships.

Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of construction and project management experience specific to EV or Solar projects
Experience managing multiple discipline projects within solar/EV is preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
In depth knowledge of civil related projects
Ability to manage a team of project and construction managers to drive overall project success
Ability to manage all aspects of projects including:
Materials and Equipment
Inhouse and sub-contracted resources
Project reporting, schedule and budget
Safety requirements
Regular meetings with all stakeholders
Vendor purchase orders
Well organized and understands prioritization of daily activities based on client requests
Proficiency in driving processes to keep committed timelines through various stages of projects
Strong financial background to understand financial impact of decisions
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and GSuite
Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills
Experience communicating directly with and providing services to clients
Collaborate with Site Ac/A&E//Construction peers and teammates
Ability to multi-task and work on distinct functions of overall project simultaneously
Ability to compile closeout documentation and reports
Negotiate pricing and manage sub-contractors
Identify critical issues that may impact/delay overall project timeline and work with supervisor to present solutions to client
Establish and maintain good relations with clients, partners, and local authorities aimed at safeguarding and promoting client interests
Provide support to all team members by assisting in prioritizing and managing workloads
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear. While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently is required to stoop, kneel and crouch, lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds.
Work Environment
Approximately 70% performed in climate-controlled internal office environment working under normal office conditions. Approximately 30% travel may be required in support of the position’s responsibilities. Must be able to work at a computer for extended periods of time.
