We’re looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join our dynamic team at the largest KIA service department in Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, North Carolina, and Washington D.C. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the service department
Clearly explain repairs and service needs to customers
Advise customers on necessary service work, ensuring their vehicles are safe and well-maintained
Maintain national averages for Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)
Utilize Dealertrack and Xtime software to streamline service processes (experience is a plus!)
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
Ability to explain complex automotive issues in an understandable manner
Experience in the automotive service industry preferred
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
