We are a smaller family owned and operated business looking to grow our team! We are looking for residential service technicians with at least 2 YEARS of experience. We take great pride in our company culture and provide on the job technical and sales training. Customer service and communication skills are at the top of our priorities in order to bring an above and beyond experience to all of our clients.

Responsibilities:

Repair/Troubleshoot heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems

Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements

Perform routine preventative maintenance

Communicate and provide repair/replacement options to customer

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields

Great communication skills

Ability to handle physical workload

Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Electrical knowledge
