We’re a clean-label consumer packaged food company selling through Amazon, direct-to-consumer, and premium retailers. We run a lean, fast-moving operation focused on accuracy, hygiene, and consistency. This isn’t a forklift-style warehouse job — it’s hands-on Picker/Packer + kitchen support in a food-safe environment. If you’re fast, focused, and care about doing things right, this is for you.

What You’ll Do:

Accurately pack 20–30 orders per hour using a barcode scan gun

Prepare and weigh ingredients for mixing 1x/week

Apply stickers and labels with speed and accuracy

Track incoming materials (like film rolls, ingredients, boxes, etc) and record basic logs for inventory

Complete simple daily sanitation and organization checklists (we’ll train you)

Help with scale checks, lot code labeling, and traceability logs

Maintain a clean, audit-ready work zone — we follow food safety standards, and you’ll help us stay compliant

Follow hygiene rules: short nails, no fake nails, no fragrances

Qualifications:

Experience in shipping, packing, kitchen work, or inventory is preferred — but if you’re naturally fast and detail-focused, we’ll train you

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet

Clean hygiene and willing to follow food safety protocols (e.g. gloves, short nails, no perfume)

Basic math skills — confident in weights, counts, and labeling

Comfortable filling out simple checklists and logs for sanitation, receiving, or allergen changes

Self-motivated and doesn’t leave a task unfinished

Bonus: Familiarity with GMPs, allergens, or traceability (not required)

Compensation & Perks:

$21–$22/hr base pay
