As an Air Duct Cleaning Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving indoor air quality for residential and commercial properties. Your primary responsibility will be to clean and maintain air duct systems, ensuring they are free from dust, allergens, and other contaminants.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Inspection and Assessment:** Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems and air duct systems to determine the level of cleaning required.

2. **Cleaning Services:** Use specialized equipment and techniques to clean air ducts, including vacuum systems, brushes, and other tools to remove debris, dust, and allergens.

3. **Safety Compliance:** Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing cleaning tasks to ensure a safe working environment.

4. **Communication:** Educate clients about the importance of air duct cleaning and the benefits of maintaining clean air ducts for health and efficiency.

5. **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of services performed, including before-and-after photos, to provide clients with evidence of work completed.

6. **Customer Service:** Provide excellent customer service by being professional, courteous, and responsive to client inquiries and concerns.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in duct cleaning or HVAC systems is preferred but not required.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in confined spaces.

**Skills:**
