Production Laborer - Ramsey, MN

** This position is located onsite in Ramsey, MN. The hours of this position are Monday - Friday, 5:00am-1:00pm with the opportunity for overtime as business needs dictate. **

Essential Functions:

Operates equipment that requires use of computers and automation

Confirm all components are included in each finished project by verifying run sheets and reading blueprints

Responsible to keep work area clean and organized at all times

Wear all required PPE for each task performed and follow all Safety rules and guidelines

General housekeeping of work area

Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED

Previous experience in manufacturing is preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Aptitude for computers, automation, and technology

Must be able to work in a team environment

Adept at safe use of hand tools

Able to read a tape measure

Ability to read blueprints

Forward thinking with a continuous improvement mindset

Physical Demands:

Standing / Bending / Twisting / Walking / Crouching / Kneeling

Able to lift 75 lbs. occasionally / 40 lbs. frequently / 15 lbs. regularly

Pay & Benefits:

Pay for this position will range from $25-29/hr depending on the experience and qualifications of the applicant.
