Although we are a small town, there is nothing small about our fleet, services offered, training, or customer base. We have four flatbeds, two recovery trucks, a 30-ton tow truck, a rotator, a service unit, two service trucks, three equipment trailers, a skid steer, and five unique / custom made recovery units. With this fleet and our amazing crew, we are able to offer every towing and roadside service for all commuting motorists. Our customer base is comprised of local customers, pass-through travelers, motor clubs, insurance companies, salvage yards, local companies and businesses, police departments (town, county, and state), and government agencies. We offer all services: local and long-distance towing, on and off-road recoveries, service calls (lockouts, tire changes, fuel delivery, jump starts), equipment hauling, ice and open water recovery, and so much more.
We take pride in our equipment and support our drivers, and we want to take you to the next level of towing! Aside from all there is to learn day to day in our ever-changing career, we encourage company-paid training through industry-recognized programs like WreckMaster and TIMe.
Our trucks are ran 24/7/365 with day, evening, overnight, weekend, on-call / emergency, and satellite positions (as applicable) available.
Daily tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• safely driving and operating a tow truck.
• properly securing the vehicle or load that you are hauling.
• fully inspecting unit before use and communicate any concerns with the appropriate party
• professionally interacting with customers, dispatch, co-workers, and companies.
• safely loading and unloading vehicles and equipment.
• properly tracking and documenting jobs, time on scene, and equipment utilized via phone, camera, apps, and online systems.
Requirements
• valid "Class D" license (at a minimum).
• current MedCard (or the ability to obtain).
• clean driving record per our insurance company's standards.
• ability to pass an initial and yearly background track per our contractors' standards and drug tests as required.
• must be okay with video recording while driving and on company premises.
• physical ability to handle workload and job demand, including exposure to inclement weather.
• possess a desire to learn more through company-recognized training and certification.
• possess the ability to work efficiently, professionally, and independently.
• must take pride in work, strengths and abilities, and a job well-done.
• ability to work and professionally communicate with co-workers, dispatchers, personnel on-scene, customers, and any other parties involved.
• previous experience, training, and or certification in towing and recovery preferred, but willing to train the right individual

We are a full-service automotive shop celebrating 41 years in business. We bought a second automotive location in November of 2022 and we also own a bus company (third generation). We own an average of 22 vehicles across the two fleets, have 10 shop bays between the two shops, and employ approximately 25 employees across the three companies.
