Payroll Administrator

Job Description

Layman Distributing is seeking a highly organized Payroll Administrator with exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Timecard reconciliation and ensuring accuracy in payroll processing

Managing and maintaining garnishments in compliance with applicable regulations

Communicating effectively with managers regarding employee payroll-related matters

Utilizing QuickBooks for payroll processing and reporting

Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting

A minimum of 3 years of payroll experience preferred

Experience with preparing and filing Payroll Quarterly Reports

Proficiency in preparing and filing W-2s and 1099s in compliance with tax regulations
