Clinic Hours: Monday to Sunday 10am to 7pm

We are looking for a dedicated, friendly, and organized Front Desk Administrator to join our team and be the face of our clinic.
Job Summary:
The Front Desk Administrator is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring smooth daily operations, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, can multitask effectively, and has a passion for wellness and helping others. Knowledge of Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred to better assist our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
Schedule and manage appointments using clinic software (training provided).
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries professionally.
Manage patient records, including updating and filing documentation accurately.
Process payments, track billing, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting area.
Communicate effectively with the clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
Assist with additional administrative duties as needed.
Compensation:
Starting Rate: $20 per hour during the probationary period (6 months).
After Probation: $22 per hour plus daily commission opportunities.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in administrative work is a plus.
Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role (experience in a healthcare or wellness setting is preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, scheduling software).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Knowledge of Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred.
Positive attitude and passion for helping others; an interest in holistic health or acupuncture is a plus.
