Lions Group is a dynamic and growing property management company committed to providing exceptional service and maintaining high standards in the management of residential properties. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager.
As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our property management portfolio. You will work closely with the Property Manager and other team members to ensure the efficient and effective management of properties, fostering positive tenant relations, and contributing to the overall success of our real estate investments.
Responsibilities:
Tenant Relations:
Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and concerns, ensuring excellent customer service.
Address maintenance issues in collaboration with the maintenance team.
Administrative Support:
Assist in the preparation of lease agreements, renewals, and related documents.
Maintain accurate and organized property records, including tenant files, lease agreements, and financial records.
Financial Management:
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor and manage property expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
Vendor and Contractor Management:
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property maintenance and repairs.
Obtain competitive bids for services and oversee the quality of work performed.
Establish and maintain relationships with reliable service providers.
Compliance and Legal:
Stay informed about local, state, and federal housing regulations.
Ensure properties comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
Assist in the resolution of tenant disputes and legal matters.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in property management or real estate administration is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in property management software (ideally Appfolio) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of local and state housing laws and regulations.Company Description
