Production Scheduler

Job Description

Currently seeking a Bilingual (English & Spanish) Scheduler responsible for coordinating production schedules to ensure that manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Full Time-Onsite position

Day Shift 8am-4:30pm

Contract to Hire Opportunity

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage production schedules based on sales orders, inventory, and capacities.

Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in demand or resource availability.

Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to address any scheduling conflicts or production issues.

Maintain up-to-date reports of production jobs, schedules, and completed work.

Ensure compliance with company policies and quality control procedures.

Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Proficient in Microsoft Word.

Outlook

Bilingual English and Spanish

Experience:

At least 2 years in Manufacturing.

Education:
